Tate Liverpool visit :)

Finally I got to visit the Tate Liverpool! It was awesome.

This is me before going in (very excited ha ha) and it was freezing!

I was inspired by Howard Hodgkin Come into The Garden Maud.

Made me think about my work. I really like that he paints into the frame and that the surface is wood.

This painting had more of an effect on the viewer in the gallery as it's something, I think, that you have to stand away from and see on scale.

Cindy Sherman's Doll Clothes was mesmerizing. It's a short video of Sherman as a cut out doll, the type we would play with as kids, but being dressed in a way that she didn't like, she was controlled by the hand that played with her.
