White Sands Bay (Dunbar)

Painting on the beach! Ah how lush!! For ages I have wanted to come to the beach with paints and sketch book and now I finally have! I think what put me off was that really I had to be running around with my lovely babes but now that they are older, we of course still run around, but they were equally happy to paint with me on a rug.

Lots of sand blew onto the wet paper whilst paining but I actually quite like that the sand is literally engrained onto the page.
