The Sunday Times Watercolour competition

After an inspirational lecture by an AA2A artist I decided to start to enter art competitions.

The lecture was about all of the times that you have to try before you win! The artist showed us a powerpoint of all of his 'try again' letters, reminding us that it isn't personal, it's just that you have to give things a go.

A few weeks later I read an article by the Editor of Cosmopolitan magazine, echoing the same thoughts and how it's important to share these things.

So this was my first competition that I entered. I've included the images that I entered and the try again letter.

I will be entering again next year :) xxxx
