Landscape and Gardens Exhibition

This is an exhibition by the Embroiders Guild at Gibside (National Trust). We came across it incidentally and I have included it here as a wonderful example of how art work can be hung and displayed.

This art work, which included a mixture of collage, embroidery and paint, was hung in a walled garden on a washing line. I liked that there was no big announcement of a gallery or posters.
