The Late Shows

After a lovely afternoon with my friends in sunny Newcastle I headed for Baltic 39 for the Late Shows.

I loved wandering around the studios in Baltic 39, meeting the really lovely and friendly artists who have studios there. I was actually earlier than the starting time but they let me go and have a look around. I loved the painting studios and met Holly Rees, John Harrison and Jeremy Fay.

I had thought it might be intimidating going into artist studios, but because everyone was so super friendly it made me realise that applying to be in a space like that is something that I might like to do in the future.

Afterwards I headed across to the Grainger Market for dancing, coffee and late night pop up shops. Fab night.
